Greetings friends!
You may recall my request for “no more rain” last month…I may have some regrets as we’ve officially entered the Texas Summer! It’s SO HOT!!! This time of year makes me incredibly grateful for working A/C, swimming pools and lakes!
We have officially closed out our 2nd quarter referral program, which benefited Hope’s Door New Beginning Center. We look forward to meeting them later this month to deliver a check for their organization. Their mission is to offer intervention and prevention services to individuals and families affected by intimate partner and family violence, and provide education programs that enhance the community’s capacity to respond. We love supporting their vision to end abuse for everyone. We’ll also have our quarterly referral program drawing this month. If you referred us to someone, you’re name is in the drawing for $150. Keep an eye on our agency Facebook page for the winner announcement (July 8).
