Happy VERY HOT August, friends!
July was an amazing month. I took my family to Miramar Beach, FL for our annual summer vacation. It rained more than we would’ve liked, but we found cool things to do when we couldn’t be on the beach. Charlie really loved the indoor blacklight miniature golf and the arcade. My favorite thing was walking the beach in the evenings. It’s so beautiful and peaceful – the perfect place to unwind! I am so thankful for my team that took care of our clients and allowed me some much needed time away. They rocked it!
We had some fun time together as a team delivering a check from our Q2 referral program to Hope’s Door New Beginning Center. It seems like everyone has been touched by domestic abuse in some way and we are extremely grateful to this organization for offering intervention and prevention services to individuals and families affected by intimate partner and family violence. My son Charlie earned his blue belt in his martial arts class. I am so proud of him and have seen so much growth since he started karate. It’s been a great way to boost his self confidence.
Hard to believe it’s time for back to school…Charlie will be in the 3rd grade this year. He’s looking forward to a great year with friends and we’re looking forward to being back in a routine.
